O Muslims who are blessed by Allah,

LET us all raise our piety and faith in Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala by doing all His commandments and abandoning His prohibitions. May all of us be servants of Allah who always receive the taufik & hidayah of Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala in living life in this mortal world & find happiness in the hereafter as the heavenly inhabitants of Allah Subhanahu Wataala's gift of the Most Merciful.

Muslims who are blessed by Allah,

Alhamdulilah, nir doubt Brunei Darussalam is a "Zikir State" that has long practiced Islamic faith based on the Qur'an & As-Sunah according to the understanding of Sunnah Wal Jamaah. The faith, shari'a and morals of the ummah are always preserved to be in line with the principles contained in the idea.

However, the latest decree of His Majesty the Sultan Dan Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a ceremony with the students & citizens of Brunei Darussalam in New Zealand made us aware to be wary of pest experts, members who help the country otherwise only burden the country. The experts in question include the expert in the spreader and bearer of false teachings, the scribes who write things that are contrary to the Shari'a such as the sound of defending the Qur'an but rejecting the hadith, speaking glorifying the law but the implicit or explicit is degrading the laws of Allah Subhanahu Wataala for example, vilifying the hadith, speaking glorifying the law but the implicit or explicit is degrading the laws of Allah Subhanahu Wataala, for example, vilifying as backwards and the like.

On this day, there are already those who refuse to adhere to the hadith, because using their ignorance, so they claim that there is an opposite hadith using the Quran when it is impossible to happen if the hadith is true.

They exemplifie the ruling of rejam narrated in true hadiths as narrated by Imam al-Bukhari and Muslim, according to Abu Hurairah Radiallahu Anhu saying that:

"A man came to meet the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam while he was in the mosque and then he called the Messenger of Allah and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have committed adultery", so the Messenger of Allah turned away from him as a result of his confession four times. So if the man has made a confession against himself four times the Prophet PBUH called him and said: "Are you crazy?" Answer the man: "Yes!" So the Prophet said: "Take him and carry out the sanction."

For the anti-hadith group, this hadith for example should be rejected because it is supposedly contrary to the Quran which only imposes the punishment of whipping a hundred times on the adulterer, as stated by Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala in surah An-Nur verse two, his interpretation:

"Women and men (who are not married) commit adultery, so after each one of them out of them a hundred strokes..."

Such arguments until the above true hadith are the output of inverse thoughts that are founded on the desires, without solid religious knowledge and trying to dispute the Islamic law group which has been the core of understanding since time immemorial which began according to the time of the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam & his companions.

However, scholars have ijma' that what is meant by a female adulterer and a male adulterer who is sanctioned by whipping a hundred times means especially for an unmarried adulterer. While the sanction of a married adulterer (muhsan) is a stone to death as narrated in the true hadiths as a retaliation for the adulterer & he is accepted by all Muslims except the khawarij.

When we go back to the history of the development of the Muslim community, the khawarijs are the first faction in Islam to dispute the rules of Islam such as the stone, the hand-wringing which they consider to be the same as using the teachings of Islam. They deny the hadith of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam related to him. However, their thinking about the understanding of the Islamic faith was acceptable to the Muslims at that time, as a result of which they were fought by the companions of the Prophet PBUH. And finally this group entered the fold of history and never rose again, except for the remnants who presented themselves modestly without inheriting the violence and extreme nature of the khawarij.

After the Muslims took control of the western colonists, a group of researchers of eastern civilizations and civilizations became called orientalism. These people are trying to rediscover the thinking of the khawarijs who are anti-Hadith and anti-Islamic rule, especially those that they believe to be a humane sanction & the law of antiquity or stone. These non-Muslims & affiliated with western colonists are trying to replace the Islamic law that applies in Muslim citizens using their own protest laws.

Regrettably today, the exit of the movement of liberalism and pluralism in Muslims who inherited the thought of orientalism, so that all the pure business of Muslims to re-establish the rule of Islam in the life of the country today faces obstacles because they unethically issue dubious views or reject the Islamic laws that were already practiced in the early days of Islam. They do not seem to believe in the Islamic discipline that has been settled since the ages of development of the Islamic scholars according to their expertise.

Muslims who are blessed by Allah,

The scholars of Sunnah Wal Jamaah have agreed that the ruling of qisas, hudud & taqzir which has been formulated by the Mujahideen scholars (fuqaha) is included in the basic teachings of Islam ayng called: "Almaqlum Minadini Bitharuh". Therefore, whoever doubts or rejects the rule of ahkam, the person for example doubts his faith & religious beliefs are fragile.

Ibnu Qadamah Rahmatullah in kitabul Mughni stated: "The obligation of stonewalling the adulterer of muhsan (a married adulterer using an absah manner) whether male or female is the opinion of all scholars from among the companions, tabiin and scholars after him throughout the Islamic State & we know that there is khilaf or dissent about it except from the khawarij people".

Therefore, the view that discredits the rule of Islam as such is a bluff, & utterly grounded. It contradicts the understanding of sunnah Wal Jamaah who supports the authority of scholars to be the heirs of the anbia in knowing and interpreting verses and hadiths.

Especially when there are people who start to resurrect the anti-hadith khawarij thinking, just want to stick to the Qur'an. And the verse of the Qur'an is understood according to its desires without marjuq on the discipline of the Qur'an which has been formulated by the scholars. They need to repent and return to the road according to the mould of the true Islamic understanding.

If they are sahih to commit to the Qur'an as it is chanted, they should be the first to defend the hadith from being mocked, do they not recite verse three-4 of surah An-Najm as stated by Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, his interpretation:

"And it does not say anything related to the Islamic faith according to its own will and opinion. All that is said is whether it is the Quran or hadith is nothing but a revelation revealed to it."
