What is actually there are many more pleasures that God has given us but I can't name them one by one, if I mention them one by one maybe this paper will be more than 200 pages, but using the health favors and opportunities god gave me I can finally finish this paper, which is entitled; a history of the growth and development of Islamic law globally.

Talking about Islam or islamic rules, we already know that Islam has developed throughout the globally including Indonesia, along with the development of Islam which developed rapidly in its heyday, of course, Islam has a special pattern for the civilization of the people in Indonesia. This is why Islamic law has an effect on the development of rules in the world. Islam arises from a place, namely the Arabic semnenanjung, which we know that the Prophet muhammad SAW was his bearer, about the role of the Prophet Muhammad in the history of the people in the book entitled Islam a way of life by philipe kurie hiti, states that the Islam that the Prophet Muhammad SAW brought to mankind is a view of life with its three main aspects, i.e. religion, politics & culture.

From the description above, there is then a question, how is it possible that Islam can be very influential for human civilization in the world and how can Islam develop rapidly in the world ?. that islam was indeed spread by the Prophet Muhammad SAW however, it was not only he who shared himself because at the time of the completion of his conversion Islam still gained its heyday and continued to grow rapidly, because the emergence of new islamic leaders based on the period of eternity until the time of the dynasty which was then still divided again. For this reason, the author will later describe the answer based on the above question about the history of the growth and development of Islamic rules in the world.

The title of the paper that I discuss in this paper is the History of the Growth &development of Islamic Law in the world. Where it discusses the development of Islamic law from the time of the apostles until now. Where each period has its own krakter that is not aligned using other periods. I as a speaker apologize, what if in this paper there are errors both in citation, writing & compilation, then I expect criticism and suggestions based on friends, especially the supervisor of this course, for the sake of perfection of this paper. The purpose according to the writing of this paper is to find out whether the definition is according to islamic rules so that everyone can know it undoubtedly without any doubt. In addition, in this paper also tells about the history of the growth of Islamic rules from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the period of khulafaurrasyidin, the period of training, the period of lethargy of thought, and in the period of awakening until now so that readers do not only know only the rules of Islam but also know its history for sure, so that we are not only muslims who follow without knowing what we follow (Muqollid) but we as Muslims who follow because we understand what we are following (Muttabi').

The author of the history of Islamic law has held a division of the stages of growth &development of Islamic law. The division and into several stages depends on the purpose & size they use in holding the staging. There are those who divide it in 5,6 and 7 stages. But in general the termin-termin of the growth and development of the rule of islam there are these five periods he;

I. The Time of Prophet Muhammad SAW (610 AD – 632 AD)

II. The Time of Khulafa Rasyidin (632 AD – 662 AD)

III. Training, development and bookkeeping period (VII – X centuries AD)

IV. A period of breadth of thought (X–XIX centuries AD)

V. Period of revival home (XIX century AD – present)

The Time of Prophet Muhammad SAW (610 AD – 632 AD)

Islam as the parent rule of islam appears on the arabian peninsula (makkah), in a barren area surrounded by the sea on three sides & a sea of sand on one side. The people who settled in the house were merchants who were intrinsic quraish who had already held intermediary trade interactions with the abessiians in the south, with the romans in the west & the persians in the northeast.

This is where a baby named Ahmad was born, then not infrequently referred to as Muhammad these two words have the same meaning, namely praised or praised. ·         Regarding the rules of marriage for example (only taken as a model), there are still in the Koran surah two verses 221, 231, 232, 235; surah 4 verses 3, 4, 22, 23, 24, & 25, 129; surah 24 verses 32, 33; surah 60 verses 10 &11; surah 65 verses 1 and 2.
